Algemene Voorwaarden Sounds Haarlem

Artikel 1 – Algemeen
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten via de webshop van Sounds Haarlem, gevestigd te Haarlem, Nederland. Door een bestelling te plaatsen ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Artikel 2 – Prijzen en betaling
Alle prijzen zijn inclusief BTW. Sounds Haarlem behoudt zich het recht voor prijzen te wijzigen. De prijs die geldt op het moment van bestelling is bindend. Betaling dient te geschieden via de aangeboden betaalmethoden in de webshop.
Artikel 3 – Levering
Bestellingen worden zo snel mogelijk verwerkt en verzonden. Levertijden zijn indicatief en geven geen recht op schadevergoeding bij overschrijding. Het risico van de bestelling gaat over op de klant bij aflevering.
Artikel 4 – Eigendomsvoorbehoud
Alle geleverde producten blijven eigendom van Sounds Haarlem totdat de volledige betaling is ontvangen.
Artikel 5 – Herroepingsrecht en retouren
Voor het retourbeleid verwijzen wij naar ons afzonderlijke retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid. Verzegelde audio-opnames die zijn geopend, zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht conform EU-richtlijn 2011/83/EU.
Artikel 6 – Aansprakelijkheid
Sounds Haarlem is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of gederfde winst. Onze aansprakelijkheid is in alle gevallen beperkt tot het bedrag van de betreffende bestelling.
Artikel 7 – Klachten
Klachten kunnen worden ingediend via contact form of soundshaarlem@gail.com . We streven ernaar klachten binnen 14 dagen af te handelen. Bij geschillen proberen we er samen uit te komen; lukt dat niet, dan is de rechter in het arrondissement Noord-Holland bevoegd.
Artikel 8 – Toepasselijk recht
Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Article 1 – General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Sounds Haarlem webshop, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 – Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Sounds Haarlem reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding. Payment must be made via the payment methods available in the webshop.
Article 3 – Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of delay. Risk of the order transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Article 4 – Retention of Title
All delivered products remain the property of Sounds Haarlem until full payment has been received.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For our returns policy, please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy. Sealed audio recordings that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Article 6 – Liability
Sounds Haarlem is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 7 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via soundshaarlem@gmail.com. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days. In the event of a dispute, we will seek a mutual solution; if unsuccessful, the court in the district of Noord-Holland has jurisdiction.
Article 8 – Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
