Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid
Bij Sounds Haarlem streven we naar een eerlijke en transparante afhandeling van retouren, in overeenstemming met de Europese consumentenwetgeving.
Herroepingsrecht
Je hebt het recht om je bestelling zonder opgave van reden te annuleren binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, mits het product ongeopend en in originele, verzegelde staat verkeert.
Uitzondering: verzegelde audio-opnames
Op grond van artikel 16(i) van de EU-richtlijn consumentenrechten (2011/83/EU) geldt het herroepingsrecht niet voor verzegelde geluidsopnames die zijn geopend — waaronder vinyl platen, cd's en cassettes. Eenmaal verbroken zegel betekent dat het product niet meer geretourneerd kan worden.
Hoe een retour aanvragen
Wil je een ongeopend product retourneren? Neem dan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op via soundshaarlem@gmail.com of het contact formulier op de website. Vermeld je ordernummer en de reden van retour. Retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het product defect of foutief geleverd is.
Defecte of verkeerde producten
Ontvang je een beschadigd, defect of verkeerd product? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. We lossen dit altijd op — via vervanging of terugbetaling.
Terugbetaling
Na ontvangst en controle van het retour betalen we het aankoopbedrag terug binnen 14 dagen, via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Return and Refund Policy
At Sounds Haarlem, we aim for a fair and transparent returns process, in accordance with European consumer law.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
Exception: Sealed Audio Recordings
Under Article 16(i) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings that have been opened — including vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes. Once the seal is broken, the product can no longer be returned.
How to Request a Return
Would you like to return an unopened product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at soundshaarlem@gmail.com or via the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will always find a solution — through replacement or a full refund.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, via the original payment method.
